In 2009, Anne joined her father, Emile Peter Oestriecher III, affectionately known to clients as “Mr. O,” in leading the family firm he founded in 1999. For the last 17 years, she was the heart of this practice: deepening relationships, guiding families through meaningful milestones, and continuing the culture of trust and personal attention her father established. Her tenure as the firm’s second-generation leader was defined by an unwavering commitment to the people she served.
